We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist for our global Weather Desk with a strong background in Meteorology. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD or Master’s degree in Atmospheric Science or a related field. The role balances forecasting work for commercial teams and research projects using data science. The ideal candidate is proficient in weather forecasting and understands the driving forces behind expected weather patterns.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead global weather intelligence and monitoring for the SouthEast Asia regional commercial offices
• Conduct research, perform data analysis, and create predictive models using meteorological datasets
• Work with internal team to expand and improve suite of weather monitoring tools and visualizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex weather/climate data into actionable insights through an agricultural commodity lens
• Present weather and research output to both technical and non-technical stakeholders on a regular basis
• Interact with our AI Hub in Singapore and ensure LDC benefits from the most recent developments in weather-related AI

Experiences:

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experiences
• Strong background in meteorology and forecasting
• Proven experience in research and data analytics

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s largest, most complex, and most valuable customers. A large percentage of the customers you engage with will be Enterprise customers from a Dynatrace spend perspective as well as some customers that are part of the Enterprise Success & Support program and have a mix of other dynatrace services involved. You will be a trusted strategic advisor, ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of all Dynatrace products. Customers hold CSE’s in high regard as experts and rely on you to guide them through ways of obtaining the most outstanding value from their Dynatrace solutions. You will align with customers' desired business outcomes, enable them on their existing products and services, and work with them to identify opportunities to expand into additional products and services, all while ensuring world-class customer experience, value, and satisfaction. 

As part of the account team, you will work closely with the entire account team to define the strategic roadmap for your customers, to allow retention, renewal, and expansion of their Dynatrace relationship, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the Dynatrace Support and Product Management teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as implementer of SAP BRIM Projects 
• Analyze business processes and requirements related to O2C processes
• Design and configure BRIM CI processes and all relevant sub-modules
• Conduct system testing, create test scenarios, and support end-to-end testing to ensure the integrity and accuracy of SAP BRIM CI functionalities
• Customize any necessary adjustments, take ownership in fixing problem reports, and documenting the relevant changes.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate end-users on SAP BRIM processes and functionalities.
• Collaborate with other in-house consultants regarding other modules, e.g. FI-CA, SD or SAP Integration, AIF, MM etc.
• Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operation of SAP BRIM processes
• Stay up to date with SAP BRIM best practices, industry trends, and advancements in SAP technology to propose and implement innovative solutions.
• Participate in project planning and estimation and contribute to the overall success of SAP implementation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other relevant qualification/certification.
• 3+ years of SAP experience (either in IT consulting or in-house) with 2+ years intensive experience & specialization in BRIM functionalities (focus CI).
• Good understanding of BRIM, consumption-based billing processes and activities.
• Experience in confirguring / design in SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing  a must.
• Experience with invoicing, tax and the corresponding settlement business models
• Experience in Design, conceptualizing, configuration of business specific custom solutions in the BRIM environment.
• Experience in pricing, and understanding of the integration points to FI-CA.
• Experience in conducting business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and multitask.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (our corporate working language).
