Sales Support Assistant (Bukit Batok ā B2B /Account Servicing)
The Company is a distributor of vehicle spare parts, supplying to distributors, workshops, and end-users both locally and abroad. We are looking for a suitable Sales Support Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
Ā· Point of contact to handle sales enquiry, quotation, and processing of orders.
Ā· To deliver good customer service ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ā· To help build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Ā· Administrative duties, including arranging of shipment and assisting with data preparation for stock purchasing.
Ā· Additional duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
Ā· Detail-oriented, organised, and careful.
Ā· Able to start work soon.
Ā· To have at least basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Qualifications and experience in the following fields will prove advantageous
Ā· Relevant experience in a Business-to-Business sales role.
Ā· Experience in the wholesale distribution business.
Ā· Familiarity with vehicle spare parts.
Working hours
Monday to Wednesday: 8am to 6pm (including 1 hour lunch)
Thursday and Friday: 8am to 530pm (including 1 hour lunch)
44 working hours, 5 days a week.
OR if preferred
Monday: 9am to 5pm (including 1 hour lunch)
Tuesday to Friday: 9am to 6pm (including 1 hour lunch)
Saturday: 8am to 1pm (no lunch)
44 working hours, 5.5 working days a week. If the candidate prefers to adjust the work start and end timings, that can be discussed during interview.
