The Football Manager will lead and manage the school's football program.

This role involves overseeing all aspects of the football program, including coaching, team management, player development, administration and coordination with other school departments to promote a comprehensive and successful sports experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership:
• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the football program aligned with the school’s values.
• Oversee and plan all football-related activities, including training sessions, matches, and events.

• Selecting, managing, and budgeting for appropriate international competitions.
• Coaching and Development:
• Provide expert coaching and training to student-athletes of our Wildcats Elite Teams which includes offering before and after school training sessions.
• Design and implement practice plans and training programs that enhance players' abilities and prepare them for competitive play.
• Oversee and offer guidance to internal and external football coaches.
• Hold Regular Meetings and Workshops for all Football Coaches.
• Team and Player Management:
• Manage team selection, player assignments, and roster decisions.
• Ensure that all players meet academic and behavioral standards set by the school.
• Organize and supervise team travel, equipment, and logistical needs for matches and tournaments in and outside of Singapore.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with the Head of Physical and Outdoor Education, and other relevant departments to coordinate the football program’s activities and goals.
• Work closely with the CCA and ACSIS team to plan the Football CCA Program and all competitive Matches.
• Support the CCA team with the organization of the yearly CCA Fair.
• Work closely with the Head of Operations to organize the Football Holiday Camps.
• Administrative Duties:
• Set up the CCA Football program in the school system and manage the enrollment.
• Set up ACSIS Teams in the school system and manage the enrollment.
• ACSIS Football Game scheduling in collaboration with other schools.
• Manage Bus bookings for off Campus activities and Referee bookings for on Campus activities.
• Create purchase requisition for all Football related expenses.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding ACSIS and CCA schedules.
• Coordinate the Wildcats Uniform distribution for all Football teams.
• Coordinate the ACSIS Medal orders for all Football Teams.
• Maintain the Sport website and Parent portal.
• Engage with the wider school community to promote and support the football program by using our social media channels.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in office administration.
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant in construction industry
• Independent, meticulous and keep high quality of work in terms of accuracy and timeliness.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Good team player and positive working attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with the information acquired in the course of work.
