I. Transfer Pricing

Support the Partner and Manager teams in servicing clients in relation to their tax needs in the area of transfer pricing. Our transfer pricing services include:

• Conduct GST health check reviews, GST due diligence reviews, Assisted Self Help Kit (ASK) reviews, Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP) reviews
• Assist clients in managing IRAS GST audits/investigationsAssist clients in seeking GST rulings from IRAS

• Assist clients with the preparation, review and e-filing of their income tax returns (and organising the necessary information request flows, documentation and research needs)
• Assist in fulfilment of clients’ income tax advisory needs in relation to their business transactions (e.g., new business arrangements, cross border transactions)
• Assist in fulfilment of clients’ income tax advisory needs on tax structuring matters and conducting income tax due diligence reviews (typically in M&A situations)
• Assist clients in managing IRAS queries/audits
• Assist clients in seeking income tax rulings/clarifications from IRAS

Working Location: Caldecott
Contract Duration: 1 year
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,980 per month

Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing Dependent Pass applications.
• Assist in administrative duties.
• Assist in data reporting.
• Work with vendor and support in the digitalization of case files.
• To attend to adoption related enquiries.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Early Childhood Education or other relevant disciplines.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and implement the programme for assigned class in accordance to the school's policies and framework.
• Update children's communication books, as a means to update parents on lessons and activities that have been conducted in school.
• Update each child's progress report and portfolios for each semester.
• Set-up a learning space that is stimulating and engaging in order to promote self-directed learning amongst children.
• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management, including keeping the assigned classroom neat, clean, and tidy.
• Carry out routine care duties to ensure the hygiene and safety of all children.
• Work closely with co-teachers to ensure a cohesive work environment.
• Maintains regular contacts with parents (via whatsapp or email) and update them with photographs taken of their children in school.
