Mission:

1/ Data reliability 
Ensuring that your analysis is at least 90% accurate, with clear understanding and explanation of what causes the 10% gap.

2/ Dashboard creation and management 
- Visualizing data in Looker Studio or Tableau, in a way that is clear and concise
- Calculation of metrics are to be consistent with existing dashboards
- Dashboards are to be prototyped with the end user in Google Sheets before created
- Efficient/ scalable solutions to be proposed to ensure long-term sustainability of dashboards

3/ Documentation

Qualifications:

• Higher diploma or degree holder in business administration or related discipline
• Minimum of two years of previous experience in a similar position
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a team.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Assists Site Engineer in planning, organizing, and arranging daily activities in the construction site.
2. Supervise workers, assists and coordinates with subcontractors.
3. Liaises with QPs representative regarding workmanship standards and site inspections.
4. Checks and ensures that works are carried out in compliance with contract specifications.
5. Organize and supervise safety implementation and housekeeping in the site.
6. Controls material wastage and unproductive deployment of manpower.
7. Report the daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.
8. Maintains daily logs and site reports, and supplementing inspection records with photographs.
9. Helps resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise in the site.
