• Develop a winning sales framework for retaining current and approaching new clients 
• Work on strategy and approach to win back lapsed clients

Financial Management

• Achieve key financial metrics: revenue, profitability, and cash collection, as well as other related business development objectives
• Ensure proper pricing and contracts are applied according to the company's policies and guidelines
• Understand the company's financial guidelines such as forecast and pipeline management
• Use sales technology and digital tools to do work efficiently by recording prospects, forecast pipelines and converting sales
• Monitor the actual financial performance against budget/forecast and ensure the implementation of actions that will lead to the achievement of the targets

We’re looking for an outstanding Executive, Account Management for our Small-to-Medium Business (SMB) team. The Executive, Account Management will drive growth for our SMB portfolio through operational and marketing excellence. Reporting to the Lead, Account Management, ideal candidates should possess quick learning abilities, a high degree of comfort with proprietary software systems and a very keen eye for details.

Relationship Management

• Conduct data analysis, reporting, operational and invoicing resolutions
• Deepen business relationships with foodpanda’s SMB partners with our proprietary learning tools

Marketing

• Work with foodpanda’s Commercial and Marketing teams to implement and scale marketing campaigns
• Educate SMB partners on the foodpanda marketing suite to grow on the foodpanda platform

Operations

• Work with foodpanda’s Operations team to evaluate partner operational compliance
• Utilize data to identify opportunities for growth through operational best practices

Ad-Hoc Projects

• As part of a highly agile industry, expect to be given opportunities to participate in the execution of high-impact commercial activities

Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations of the Finance Department for Singapore and Malaysia

· Assist in managing cash flow

· Manage full set of accounts

· Review accounts payable entries and approve payments and reimbursements

· Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collections

· Prepare monthly management reports promptly

· Develop yearly forecasts and budgets

· Calculate monthly payroll and staff performance

· Review and file GST returns and SST returns

· Apply the business grant from government

· Prepare tax and audit schedules for specific accounts

· Coordinate with external auditors and insurance agents for annual audits and insurance renewals

· Perform any assigned ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy and/or professional qualification.

· At least 5-7 years of experience with 3 years in managerial experience.

· Candidate with experience in supporting and leading system implementation is advantageous.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong in Microsoft Office application skills, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

· Independent and able to work as a team player.
