• Review of draft / executed financing documents such as letters of offer / facility agreements & security / mortgage documents, validate draft financing and security documents against approvals, post acceptance documentation checks, preparation of instructions to lawyers / valuers / insurers and etc.
• Perform the daily BAU operations by supporting Business Unit’s post approval documentation processes till redemption / full repayment.
• Perform roles as the facility agent, security agent and/or account bank in syndicated financing. Activities including but not limited to active participation in negotiation of the legal documents, conditions precedent collation, conditions subsequent and covenant tracking, management of facility life cycle and information dissemination.
• Liaise with Business Units and external parties such lawyers / valuers / insurers.
• Perform checks to ensure legal and security documentation are completed, conditions precedent is fulfilled prior to activation of credit facilities, monitoring of conditions subsequent and ensure that the legal and security documents are being custodized.
• In charge of preparing letters / reports, updating of registers and custodians of documents.
• Manage day-to-day business transactions to ensure that the agreed turnaround time with the business is met
• Ensures accuracy, efficiency and meets the agreed turnaround time with the Business Units while minimizing operational risks and losses.
• Able to contribute to process improvements and participate in ad-hoc projects

What a Manager, Creative & Design at Visa does:

• Inspire and work with the Visa Design Studio team to develop innovative creative solutions, from broad concept development through to production and implementation providing clear and constructive direction throughout the process.

• Drive client take-up of creative services with high quality creative and impactful selling. Communicate and present design concepts to external and internal clients, explaining the creative rationale in the context of business objectives.

• Drive AP Marketing Services revenue growth by effectively executing client projects and briefs through Visa Design Studio.

• Work hands-on to ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals.

• Develop creative ideas that meets both our clients’ objectives as well as our business objectives.  

• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors. Manage and create design components ranging from web, graphics, social as well as digital media content, print, environmental, OOH, BTL and packaging across all levels of project complexity.

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative and design processes and output.

• Collaborate effectively with Visa marketing teams, copywriters, and broader campaign creative team to develop world-class creative work.

• Make designs come to life by conceptualizing, creating and animating storyboards, editing videos, creating mock-ups, convert layouts to HTML format, etc. Prepare and organize final artwork delivery, ensuring all details and requirements are in place.

You will report to the Creative team lead for Visa Design Studio. The Visa Design Studio team (part of the Visa AP Marketing organization) is responsible for delivering creative services to Visa’s clients and driving a key marketing service workstream for revenue growth. The team is in it’s early stages of expansion and the role will be integral in its formation.
