Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proficient Workday Recruiting Lead to analyse, design, and optimize organizational processes and systems. This role involves deep collaboration with multiple teams, serving as a subject matter expert (SME), and contributing to strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency in Workday Recruiting, business process design, and requirements analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive analysis of organizational processes and systems to evaluate their current state.
· Identify customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
· Design and implement the future-state business processes and system solutions.
· Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Workday Recruiting, providing guidance and insights to the team.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make informed and strategic decisions.
· Manage and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
· Address and provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams or departments.
· Research, gather, and synthesize information to support process improvements and system enhancements.
· Ensure that the proposed solutions align with organizational objectives and integrate seamlessly with existing technology.
