We continue to grow and expanding to Philipines and looking for an experienced Sales Executive to be part of the Sales team. You will be responsible for the sales and business acquisition of the respective studio. He/she has to attend to walk-in inquiries, follow up on the leads that are generated by digital marketing and other channels.

The responsibilities can be divided into 3 parts:

- Conversion to Trials where the Studio Manager will attend to leads, address their questions about the classes and book an appropriate trial class for them after understanding his/her needs/goals.

- Attending to Trials: when the prospect comes for a trial class, he/she will have a positive experience and explain the various packages and try to close the sales.

- Post-sales services: The Studio Manager must also follow up with the members after closing to ensure that he/she attends the classes regularly, attend to feedback and provide continuous customer services. This will ensure the likelihood of the members to renew the package later or also create opportunities to recommend other workshops or personal training that meets the needs of the members.

The Sales Executives is an acting Studio Manager who has to maintain the studio in good condition with the support of the cleaning team and Customer Care Executive. In the absence of the CCE, you are required to step in and be present in the studio to cover.

Job Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, managing compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. The role also includes supervising a team of accountants and ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Oversight:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds for operations.

• Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Prepare detailed financial forecasts and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets and track performance against financial targets.

3. Tax & Compliance:

• Oversee corporate tax filings, GST submissions, and other tax-related activities.

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, legal regulations, and reporting requirements.

• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate timely and accurate audit processes.

4. Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing training and professional development opportunities.

• Conduct performance evaluations and implement measures to improve team efficiency.

• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment within the finance team.

5. Strategic Financial Planning:

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business growth.

• Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify financial risks and opportunities.

• Support strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital investment projects.

6. System & Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.

• Evaluate and recommend updates to financial systems and tools as needed.

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting structures are in place for all financial processes.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification preferred.

Experience:

• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, with exposure to SGX reporting preferred.

• Experience working in or managing finances for a listed company is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).

• In-depth understanding of financial statements, audits, and tax filings.

• Strong Excel skills for modeling, financial analysis, and reporting.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Account Receivables Finance Executive to join our digital services company based in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the invoicing process, managing client relationships for time validation, sending invoices, and ensuring the timely collection of payments. You will also play a key role in supporting overall cashflow management processes.

The ideal candidate should have between 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role within a service-oriented business. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal business stakeholders are essential.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Singapore Invoicing (Accounts Receivable)

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients on time, ensuring all billing details are correct and in compliance with contractual agreements and group policies.
• Manage the invoicing cycle from the creation of invoices to the resolution of any discrepancies.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain a professional and cordial working relationship with clients to validate time and billing details.
• Address client queries regarding invoices and payments promptly, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.

Monthly Closing

• Perform the monthly cut-off according to the group's methodology to include the cut-off in the monthly financial reporting
• Reconciliation of production vs invoicing:
• Accrued revenue follow up,
• Deferred revenue follow up,
• work-in-progress follow up on fixed price projects

Collections & Follow-up

• Monitor and track outstanding payments, ensuring clients pay on time while providing reminders and follow-up when necessary.
• Proactively engage with clients to resolve any delays in payment, maintaining a positive relationship throughout the collection process.

Cashflow Management Support

• Contribute to the overall cashflow management process by providing regular updates on receivables and assisting with forecasting.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of outstanding invoices.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial management within a service-oriented or digital services company.
• Strong understanding of invoicing procedures, payment follow-up, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with invoicing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of local regulations and practices related to invoicing and accounts receivable in Singapore is an advantage.
