As a Customer Services Agent, you will provide a consistent high-quality service to customers at any designated area (check-in counters, boarding gates, transfer desk, special handling). The Ramp Agent, is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a variety of Ground Support Equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, Tow Tractor, Belt Loader, Transporter, ULD Loader, Passenger Steps, Ambulift, Main Deck Loader and other specialized equipment used in airport operations. • Maintain and set up customer master data in SAP.
• Producing AR aging report in monthly basis.
• Record all incoming receipts in SAP.

• Prepare & park monthly journal entries into SAP.
• Liaise with various department on accruals for revenue, cost & expenses.

Ad Hoc

• Assist in projects and system enhancement.
• Assist in internal & external audit requirement.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC in FICO & SD module preferred.
• Preferred experience in AR/AP.
• Proficient in MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel.

As this is a contract position, it will be managed by our 3rd party contractor vendor.

• Implement and standardized supply chain processes, methodologies and tools across the APAC region for chemicals; drive improvements in operational excellence using Lean Six Sigma and other approaches.

• Develop roadmap for and execute the business plan for Chemicals APAC, driving efficiencies and synergies while ensuring customer service, quality and delivery metrics are maintained/improved.

• Support future M&A, such as operational due diligence and operational integration for acquisition.

• Drive the implementation of supply chain IT systems; scout for, select and implement new technologies and systems and processes.

• Continuously build team capabilities through individual and team development programs.

• Develop and drive the sales activity.

• Work across all Lines of Businesses and functional areas to identify and jointly implement cost saving and service enhancing opportunities and initiatives.

• Develop and maintain strong positive relationships and communication with key external customers, including the delivery of plans to optimize the value proposition.

• Represent the Chemicals APAC BU to internal stakeholders, such as the C-Suite and financial sponsors, and external stakeholders, such as customers and suppliers.

Job Description & Requirements

• Selected candidate will be assisting in Healthcare, Senior / Active Ageing Care, Childcare Centre or other institution or private projects depending on office assignment.
• Handle projects from conceptual design, feasibility studies, presentation drawings, detail design until construction.
• Coordinating and liaising with the clients and various consultants and contractors.
• Liaise with Authorities, prepare and make submissions to obtain statutory approval.
• Prepare tender documentation and working drawings
• Attend Site Meetings and follow up on tasks required. Assist in administering contracts and site inspections.
• Any other project or work-related matters assigned by the office.

Requirements:

• Minimum with recognized Degree /Master in Architecture
• Pro-active and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as a team and able to work independently.
• Able to multi-task, self-motivate with good time management skills
• Possess effective communication skills both verbal, written and digital.
• Proficient in Autocad, Photoshop and Sketchup a must.
• Knowledge in Rendering, BIM Modelling (Revit), Lumion and Microsoft Projects will be an added advantage.
• 1 to 3 years of Relevant Working Experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome!)
