Job Description

• Supervise construction of Diaphragm Wall
• Supervise Bored Pile construction
• Supervise and ensure strict quality control
• Keep record of all site activities and prepare daily site report
• Supervise any repair works
• Monitor and report progress of the works on site
• Expect to work a minimum of 60 hours per week

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Very good experience in the construction of Bored Pile, Diaphragm Wall, Basement Excvation works, Structural Works,
• Strong Experience in Report preperation, Site Management, Quality Control
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the above areas

• Business Development, driving client acquisition and new user growth.
• Lead and take accountability for client servicing, media relations, local and regional account management.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Marketing duties, such as Social Media management, develop marketing campaigns, operation strategy development and implementation.
• Develop marketing strategies, such as competitive product analysis and research for optimisation of business model.
• Branding, ie. Creating a lasting impression among app users and improving product sales and market share.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management or Sales and Marketing.
• 3 years of experience
• Working experience in international FinTech/Tech/Construction/Startup
• Experience managing and analysing online marketing campaigns with good client relationship management.

Job Scope:

• Ensure completion of screening, assessment, anticipatory guidance and psychoeducation for mother-child dyads according to milestones
• Assist in care management and cross-referrals to specialists through dedicated protocols
• Work with community programmes on personalized referral tracks and services to enhance follow-up of the respective identified client
• Maintain a record of mother-child dyads/parents recruited in the program in timely basis
• Work with other departments to assist with arrangement of appointments
• Work closely with research assistant in data collection and survey
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Health Promotion / Health Sciences or equivalent
• Competent in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with experience in healthcare industry is at advantage
