10. Documentation and Reporting:Ensure proper documentation (e.g., electrical, structural, and equipment drawings) is written and updated with each project.

11. Modification and Fabrication:Perform modification, fabrication, fitting, and installation for minor projects.

12. Travel Readiness:Be available for occasional travel to support industrialization processes in factories.

13. Facility Maintenance:Ensure facility building and pilot plant maintenance through continuous improvements and troubleshooting.

14. System Maintenance and Updates:Maintain and update electrical and automation systems and related documentation supporting pilot plant activities.

15. Monitoring and Safety Focus:Monitor plant and equipment for optimal operation while maintaining a strong focus on safety, including food safety.

16. Electrical Safety Standards:Manage, perform, and check all tasks based on Electrical Safety Nestlé Standards.

Job Description

1. In charge of the Customer Response Centre (CRC) to provide 24/7 POC and planning support for 3P airlines.

2. Monitoring, planning, implementing, supporting, and overseeing day to day third party customer airlines’ aircraft handling operation in Line Maintenance and the provision of aircraft maintenance and repair in accordance with the Singapore Airworthiness Requirements, the airline operator’s specific technical handling agreement and the company’s (SIAEC) requirements.

3. Act as the primary interface between LMD, Airline MCC and local station reps; to be responsible in providing prompt responses to airline MCC through all communication channels (Email/call/chat applications).

4. Provide coordination for AOG recovery with internal & external stakeholders as necessary, including preparation of work orders, one-off authorisation requests, pass application, AOG material handling, logistics, parts procurement, liaising with EC workshops.

5. Identify and address operational & material requirements with other functional departments as necessary to resolve issues.

6. Plan, oversee and coordinate ancillary works e.g., Engine change, A-Checks, Daily/Weekly checks; Serve as a focal point of contact for customer on aircraft status monitoring and work progression.

7. Build and maintain good relationships with airline station engineers / maintenance managers, and to be well-versed with individual airline handling requirements.

8. Handling customer service issues, including complaints or concerns about delays or non-compliance

Job Responsibilities

• Manages fleet dispatch reliability and ensure that fleet operates at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Works in project teams as subject matter expert to design and develop program methods to consolidate and analyze structured and unstructured, diverse "big data" sources

Performs ad-hoc statistical and data-mining analysis , using statistical tools like R, SAS and MATlab; input and design of data acquisition systems, data structure and database design.

Interfaces with internal customers for requirements analysis and compiles data for scheduled or special reports and analysis, create visualization and dashboards using Tableau

In the framework of our Smart Factory initiative, we are looking for a data scientist that will help us better utilize the information hidden in vast amounts of data and help us make faster and smarter decisions to deliver even better value to our business Manufacturing operations. Primary focus will be in applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high quality prediction systems integrated with our systems. Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)

To provide and assist in management & financial reporting.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.).
• Ensure reporting integrity and compliance with FRS.
• Review and analyze monthly financial performances and key performance indicators.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training:

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and assign equipment operators for aircraft pushback/towing, water/toilet servicing and supply of GSE equipment.
• Liaise with IGO/Maintrol/CEG for aircraft towing and other utilities servicing activities.
• Liaise with Equipment Maintenance team on equipment requirements/shortages.
• Maintain regular walkie-talkie communication with the equipment operators to ensure punctual departure of flights and any other changes in assignment for any services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Head, E&C in establishment and implementation of groupwide E&C programme and activities.
• Be involved in the establishment of SATS Group’s compliance framework (including Code of ethics & business conduct and anti-bribery & anti-corruption policy) and formulation and implementation of compliance strategy for SATS Group.
• Be involved in the planning and conduct of internal reviews and internal audits on SATS Group’s Anti-Bribery Management System. Work collaboratively with Business Units in preparation of external audits, including ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System certification/ surveillance audits.
• Review ethics & compliance training materials and conduct training to stakeholders of various levels.
• Develop metrics for compliance dashboard to measure effectiveness of the various programs and support the Head, E&C in Board reporting.
• Be involved in facilitation and conduct of third party due diligence.
• Support the Head, E&C in development and implementation of new compliance initiatives, including formulation of new E&C policies and procedures and planning and running of activities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills Required

• A recognised degree in Accountancy, Law, Risk Management, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in Ethics, Compliance, Third Party Due Diligence, Fraud Risk Management/ Fraud Investigation, Internal Audits, External Audits and/or Risk Management. Candidates with strong background in Internal Audits or External Audits who are looking for a career shift to Ethics & Compliance are encouraged to apply.
• Having experience managing an Anti-Bribery Management System and possessing knowledge in the ISO 37001 certification process is an added advantage while not a must.

Job Description

1. Lead modeling efforts on civil and structural engineering projects
2. Work closely with design engineers to develop 3D models required for tender and construction drawings, and authority submissions,
3. Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
4. Identify and resolve coordination/interface issues with project engineers, subconsultants, contractors and clients.
5. Prepare information and model compliance to the Project scope, such as BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
6. Attend multi-parties BIM coordination meetings.
7. Provide guidance and training to junior BIM modellers.
8. Create Civil 3D customized subassemblies, Revit Families and CAD blocks.
9. Setting up project base files, ensures compliance with the approved BIM Execution Plan, BIM Scope Plans and CAD standards.
10. Prepare authorities’ submission drawings, forms, and documents.
11. Ensure accuracy and completeness of work assignments when adhering to deadlines.
12. Proficient use of BIM technologies both in the cloud and managed systems to integrate Project Information Model (PIM).
13. Be familiar and proficient with the interoperability functions between AutoCAD. Revit and Civil3D to facilitate cross-referencing of models and drawings for clash detection and drawing production.
14. Understand BCA’s CorenetX submission requirements and adopt new practices into drafting framework and support drafting team’s transition to CorenetX.
15. Assist in updating company BIM workflows and processes upon adoption of new BIM technologies.

Requirements

1. Minimum diploma in civil engineering. Certification in BIM for structure track or BIM Management is a plus.
2. Minimum 5 years of BIM modelling and coordination experience.
3. Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Civil3D and AutoCAD software.
4. Demonstrate a reliable, responsive, and positive work attitude.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Knowledge of construction and building materials is a plus.
