This is a full role for an Air Export Customer Service located in Changi. Our client provides full-fledged freight forwarder offering full inter-model transportation services for both inbound and outbound cargos. You will take the responsibilities involved supporting assigned customers and overseas agents by managing sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries related to air export bookings with airlines or co-loader agents. Job Description:

• Oversee the comprehensive planning, design, procurement, and implementation of APM systems.
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Explore and incorporate the latest innovations and technologies to achieve a world-class APM system for Terminal 5.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer/system engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and innovative thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in APM or rail transportation systems is preferred.
