Job Description
This postdoctoral position is focused on the development of a novel 3D-printed bone implant utilizing natural. The goal is to create a bone substitute that can be customized to patient-specific anatomy and effectively integrate with native bone tissue. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research activities in material formulation, 3D printing process optimization, and in vitro/in vivo validation of the implant prototype. This is a 1-year Research Fellow position with the possibility of extension.
Qualifications
• Ph.D. in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, or a related field
• Expertise in biomaterial design, 3D printing technologies, and tissue engineering
• Demonstrated experience in material characterization and in vitro cell culture
• Strong publication record
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills
• Team player, able to work collaboratively in a team environment
