This is a critical role in the planning and implementation of Change Management and Training activities for the roll out of NGEMR across multiple institutions. This role will be expected to take on key pieces of work, participate actively in meetings, managing vendors & stakeholders, resolving or escalating issues and driving to execution. The role may also be called upon to support other projects within the BC&A portfolio.

A change manager will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Our team works closely with creative and prolific engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to human-robot interactions. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

In this role, you will drive hardware and software collaboration between the software and hardware engineering team, and research teams across the company and the device hardware/software groups. You will define custom software and hardware that brings to life key features that distinguish our first-party robots.

Additionally, you will work cross-functionally to assess and select the most critical problems to be solved through custom platforms, build multi-year roadmaps that intersect our long-term robot strategy, and secure executive support. You will ensure each product has a clear and approved path into a robot, and drive internal stakeholder and partner engagements necessary for the on-time launch of the product.
