Your Calling
· Perform regular quality assessment on all incoming materials from vendors, in-process fabrication as well as outgoing parts for shipping
· Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations
· Read mechanical drawings, plans and specifications to understand the requirements of product
· Measure product dimensions and compare final product to the specifications
· Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics e.g. number of defective products per day
· Monitor the use of measuring equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained
· Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
Your Success Factors
· Minimum 2 years of experience as quality inspector
· Minimum NTC certification in Precision/Mechanical Engineering or any other related fields
· Able to read mechanical drawings/blueprints
· Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques
· Great attention to detail
