• Lead strategic financial analysis relating to major or strategic decisions related to the factory to ensure full transparency of costs and non-financial implications
• Drive business planning and manage the overall factory budget with factory management team as well as being the critical liaison between factory and Head Office in the business planning process.
• Develop, control and ensure robust evaluations of capital investment plans and requests including post CAPEX evaluations.
• Ensure clear control and visibility of assets and liabilities including the development, implementation and compliance with internal controls in all areas. Accountable for Segregation of Duties (SODs) and assessment of compensating control effectiveness.
• Manage routine audit activities within the factory to ensure compliance on critical areas eg) NAS, Costing Standards, statutory accounting/tax, OPEX guideline and appropriately escalate business risks.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales and aftermarket service dept operations
• Overseeing departments HOD under GM
• Lead HOD to set up and roll up budgetary target, KGI, KPI and reporting/ monitoring
• Regular operational reporting to GM, weekly, monthly and 6 month budget rolling
• Managing and monitoring operational budget, performance, HRM, expenses.
• Ensuring compliance, laws & regulations and health & safety of staff
• Resolving issues occures on dept under GM
• Driving operational innovation ( System upgrading, DX tools )

Requirements:

• Possess a degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the relevant industry

Job Description & Requirements

The primary role of the Fuel Tanker-Transport Driver is to safely drive road tanker with a maximum 28,000 Litres hazmat liquid capacity. The Tanker driver loads fuel (Gasolines, Distillates, Liquid Petroleum Products, Lubricants). The Tanker driver safely transports the load to the designated customers location.

Job Description:-

• To operate the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, respecting customers property, other (motorist) and the environment
• To agree to follow company policies & procedures, safety policies, environmental stewardship
• Efficiently perform vehicle pre/post trip inspection in accordance with Company requirements
• Maintain cleanliness of company owned vehicle
• Utilize onboard/portable electronic devise to receive dispatched orders and record deliveries
• Correctly Load product at various loading facilities), adhering to the policies & procedures of the loading facility
• Deliver bulk fuel or bulk lubricants to customers, verifying the load is correct
• Participate in safety meetings and training as directed by the company

Requirements:-

• Diploma or equivalent
• Class 4 driving Licence
• 2 years prior commercial driving experience required, fuel or hazmat tanker experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays
• Must have strong reading, computer, math, and verbal skills.
