• To lead and manage the full duties of a Fire Safety Manager for Factory in accordance to the Fire Safety Act and its subsidiary regulations.

• 3 years relevant treasury working experience particularly in cash management and hedging management
• Prior experience in FX trades

Responsibilities:

• Identifies, troubleshoot problems and performs root cause analysis study of equipment failures, recurring breakdown, and equipment defects in order to take effective corrective and preventive
• Liaises closely with Engineering on technical specifications required for machinery fitting, documenting the project requirements for the arrangement of machinery, equipment and system installation work
• Assists with the preparation of procedures, risk assessment, HSE work method statement and etc. under the supervision of senior team members and Project Manager to ensure all the requirements have been fulfilled
• Prepares job-list, work schedule and planning of manpower resources (i.e. yard and contractors) and facilities, working closely with the team members
• Participates in project meeting with Project team members and stakeholders to note on project specifications and report on the status of the work progress
• Liaises closely with HSE department and subcontractors for proper on-site coordination, working with QA/QC team members, owners, statutory and classification authorities on inspection arrangement and compliance review
• Maintains the equipment/ machineries at the workshop and on-board, ensuring the proper working condition, timely calibration, repair, or servicing as required
• Understands emerging engineering practices by participating in educational opportunities, professional organisations; reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks
• Recommends changes to work method/ process by reviewing the workflow and work process to implement changes for improvement and to achieve operational effectiveness and functionality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Marine Engineering or related engineering disciplines

• Must be able to board ships, enter confined spaces with limited visibility and have the ability to climb up and down stairs and/or ladders of varying heights.

• Arranging repairs and service as required and negotiating for competitive price.
• Coordinate and liaise with external vendors for project works, supervise vendors and shipyard/contractors during
  repair/maintenance works, to ensure all repair works are within deadlines.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, specifying quality, quantity and delivery schedules.
• Issue purchase orders for both supplies & services, closure of purchase orders (PO) and resolve discrepancies between
  invoice, PO and receipt.
• Attend major repairs and dry docking of 3rd party vessels to check quality of work carried out and expenditure.
• Offer after-sales support services, logging and following up on customer complaints, solving customer problems.
• Act as the focal point building successful relationship and key interface between customers, marketing and engineering to achieve assigned sales and corporate goals.
• Undertake the jobs of logistics/operation for our clients of ship owner /shipmanagement, to Interface with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Purchasing and Technical teams.
• To interface and contact of external stakeholders such as 3PL Logistics partners/suppliers/ buyers on cargo readiness, documentation and payment matters.
• To handle and manage shipping documents (including B/L, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of weight and quality) independently.
• To liaise with shipping companies/ shipping & cargo agency on shipping arrangements, vessel schedules and cargo tracking.
  To be responsible for record each transaction data in kinds of reports timely and correctly.
• Perform other tasks and work activities as directed by manager.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Well experienced in making all kinds of Naan in a Charcoal Tandoor
• Well aware of recipes and marination/preparation of famous Charcoal Bbq (Beef, Lamb, Seafood, Chicken)
• Well experienced in making Chicken/Mutton Karahi and other famous Pakistani Curries

• Responsible to supervise junior kitchen staff and lead them to achieve best results in food preparation and presentation
• Ensure the food quality, taste and the presentation of cooked food before serving.
