Requirements

• Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 8 years of design and project experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical sectors.

1. Labelling & redressing of goods which include putting on small stickers on accurate position on the packaging: required good dexterity.

2. Packing and picking of goods for delivery which includes checking expiry date & batch number on the packaging: required reasonable good eyesight in close range & able read & understand simple English & Chinese

3. Receiving and transfer of goods from pallets to trolley and vehicle: required physical strength to carry goods of less than 15 kg.

4. Answering incoming phone calls: able to converse in simple English and Mandarin

5. Preparing and packing goods for courier and SingPost delivery : required to be able to write neatly and accurately

6. Data entry and processing Delivery Order: able to type in reasonable good speed & familiar with computer & printer operation.

7. Provide admin, sales & marketing support: Process basic Microsoft office skills in excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

Responsibilities:

• Assist in construction and basic design development phase. Preparation of equipment, technical specifications, general arrangement, detailed equipment compartment layouts, space coordination and equipment list.
• Review all mechanical equipment, vendor’s proposals for technical accuracy and constructability. Understand sizing of equipment and prepare equipment specification.
• Prepare working drawings, establish design criteria standards specification and mechanical construction guideline drawings.
• Develop and check an equipment’s handing study for marine spaces and decks.
• Check submittals and prepare the installation or construction drawings when needed.
• Perform site visits to solve engineering problems when required to determine existing conditions or verify new construction.
• Develop and check marine and drilling system PFDs or P&IDs, including equipment size systems and calculate pump system pressure losses.
• Coordinate / execute contract specification requirements and production inputs into engineering drawing / document.
• Provide progress reporting and schedule management of engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with other production team members, subcontractors and consultants to resolve technical issues onsite which affect the mechanical schedule and project deliverables.
• Meet with vendors, client reps, accreditation representatives when required.
• Review and reply to class comments.
• Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance to relevant government regulations and company’s quality, safety, health and environmental (QSHE) policies, practices and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in a marine/offshore industry and a Diploma in mechanical or marine or related engineering discipline or minimum 6 years working in a marine/offshore industry.
• Familiarity with Marine & Offshore rules, regulations and requirements.
• Knowledge of Intergraph Software will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills, meticulous, resourceful, able to multi-task.
• A team player with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to perform marine equipment’s sizing.
• Knowledge of drilling engineering processes and equipment configuration will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

- Work closely with client & consultant for BIM modelling and coordinate/collaboration using Revit.

- Ensure construction documents, parameters and information accuracy for BIM modelling.

- Adhere to BIM execution plan and BIM projects workflow criteria.

- Prepare drawing and 3D model for construction, coordination and as built purposes.

- Assist in development of CAD system/standard drawings, etc.

- Monitor and update model/cad drawing as per site condition changes.

- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement:

- Min. ITE / Diploma in mechanical, electrical, architectural, civil engineering, or equivalent.

- At least 2-3 years of hand on experience in Drafting, BIM modelling work/ AutoCAD drawing production and content creation.

- Good knowledge of Autodesk cad software and BIM software/tools (Autodesk Revit)/ Navisworks and AutoCAD.

- Local/PR preferred.
