Scope of Services

The key services required are set out as follow:

Infocomm Club CCA Duties

• To support Infocomm Club CCA by providing training to the students on the use of AV equipment and media editing.

Audio-Visual (AV) Duties

• To carry out the work assigned by ICT Manager or HOD/SH ICT, act as the AVA Executive for the school and provide AV technical support for teaching and learning purposes as well as school events, including but not limited to setup of projection, sound system and control room operation.

• To perform servicing for AV equipment and maintain usage and service records of such equipment and assist in the maintenance of all AV equipment.

Event Support Duties

• To be the photographer and videographer to record footage and photos for school events.

Non-SSOE ICT Infrastructure Maintenance

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry, preferable in handling FP & Plumbing works

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Experience and relevant knowledge in FP & Plumbing design calculations and Project Management
• Tender Bidding and Project cost Analytical and Critical Thinking

We are looking to hire an Office Admin Assistant in our Singapore office and shall be responsible for the following:

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate must have prior experience in handling Accounts and Inventory

Accounting

1. Verify and Manage all entries of sales, purchase and banking documents
2. Prepare monthly reports and submit to reporting manager on a monthly basis.
3. Provide monthly closure to accounts and submit to the Reporting Authority.
4. Provide assistance to internal teams if any on a daily basis

Inventory

1. Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times
2. Maintain optimal stock levels
3. Review physical inventories periodically
4. Maintain stock and consumption records
5. Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents
6. Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice.
7. Keeps and updates records of good received and issued.

General Duties

1. Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned
2. Responsible for cleanliness of the stor3
3. Execute any other jobs assigned by the management.

[Main duties and responsibilities]

• Handle AP/ AR/ Invoicing/ Payments/ Collections up to month end closing.
• Prepare closing journals entry, update all balance sheet related schedules.
• Check staff claims.
• Manage Fixed Assets Register and Assests under Construction.
• Preparation of GST & tax for filing.
• Assist with SAP software implementation.
• Complete monthly reconciliation of bank, debtors, creditors, and inter-company balances.
• Provide support to the superiors in analysis and study of ad-hoc projects.
• Any other assignments from time to time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full spectrum of Project Management including Overall Procurement, Construction, Manpower Planning, Testing and Commissioning.
• Involve work force arrangement for Plumbing, Sanitary , Gas and Precast yard services.
• Budget and Cost Control.
• Preparation of Progress Claims.
• Coordination and liaison with Clients, Consultants, Architect, Authorities, Project teams, Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
• Daily Operations for all the projects and maintenance.
• Prepare Agenda, Follow up agenda.
• Whole In Charge of Procurement, HR and Safety Department
• Able to prepare full set of Accounts and liaise with the Auditor.

Requirements
