Familiar with international design codes such as ASME, British, Australian & European Codes, Tema, API650 & etc.

Proficient in design software such as PVELite, NozzlePro, StaadPro & Autocad.

Duties & Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities are:

a) Responsible for the formulation of schedules and datelines for design and date of submission.

b) Check detailed design and drawings based on relevant codes and client specifications, while ensuring the most cost efficient methods of design are used.

c) Liaise and co-ordinate with Project Department to obtain relevant information for detailed design.

d) Determine the conditions and study all pertaining data thoroughly and accurately for a design. Many different combinations of loadings are possible and the most probable combination of simultaneous load for an economical and safe design is selected.

e) Control and issue all technical documents.

f) Any adhoc project assigned by Design Manager.

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to develop project plans and schedules.
• Monitor project expenses, track budgets, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets design specifications and safety standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and communications with stakeholders.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and present progress reports to project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Preferably with atleast 2 years of experience in construction engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

As a Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising general transport operations and activities
• Planning and scheduling manpower and transportation resources
• Preparing and documenting transportation operations reports
• Supervise a transport operations team and work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish his work
• Identify risk factors that impact efficiency and safety of transport execution
• Apply the latest technology to improve operations in own work areas
• Perform incident or crisis management initiatives
• Plan continuous improvement activities and performance improvement strategies
• Optimise use of allocated resources within business activities
• Apply operational policies, standards, and procedures
• Supervise teams at work

Requirements:

• 2 years expereince in managing fleet of 30 to 50 drivers
• Possess a valid Class 3, Class 4 driving license or forklift license would be an advantage
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate well with all levels
• Computer literate especially Microsoft Office Application
• Attention to detail, mature, positive, and able to work independently and in a team
