General Position Overview

• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management
• Document all guests’ requests, complaints or problems immediately and notify designated personnel for resolving the situation and follow up in a timely manner
• Assist with inventory of all amenities
• Address guests complaints with empathy, and courtesy, always finding a resolution that they feel is satisfactory. Never allow a guest to leave unsatisfied
• Assist with Spa and bathhouse cleanliness and presentation removing garbage, assisting with towels and laundry, setting rooms and spa at end of shift and clean and sanitize all surfaces
• Assist with filling and draining cold plunge tubs, cleaning cold plunge tubs and saunas upon opening, closing and between appointments.
• Assist with troubleshooting cold plunge tubs and saunas if necessary (training will be provided).
• Properly open and close spa each day according to standard operational procedures
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area
• Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and establishment
• Ability to work without constant direct supervision and maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and colleague meetings for the spa
• Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving colleague or guests in the spa that require attention

Requirements

• Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving skills with an eye for details;
