Position Title: Part Time Admin Clerk

Working Location: 10 Anson Road, near Tanjong Pagar MRT

Working Hours: 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9.00am – 6.00pm)

Salary Package: $1K - $1.3K

Key Responsibilities:

Promoting the company's services to customers and sending quotation

Preparation, printing and filing documents

Answering and responding to phone calls and emails

Collecting letters

Additional requirements:

Fresh graduates are also welcome apply

A Diploma or above in Office Administration is a plus

Familiar with productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite

Able to work independently and ask for help when needed

We are seeking a hands-on and meticulous team player to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of Providend Holding Private Limited and its subsidiaries. Reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer, this individual will coordinate office activities, manage operational processes and maintain efficient systems to enhance organisational effectiveness.

The main functions of this exciting position include but are not limited to the following:

• Attend to visiting clients and call-in enquiries in a professional way
• Handle all incoming, outgoing, local and international mails and courier deliveries in a timely manner
• Support cross-departmental collaborations on internal and client events
• Manage the cleanliness and supplies of office, pantry and meeting suites
• Manage all aspects of space planning and enhancements (e.g., moving, changes to workstations)
• Oversee the maintenance of the Group's facilities and equipment, as well as its repair or replacement where necessary
• Manage vendor relations, source for quotations and ensure proper contracts administration and management
• Support Lead, Group People and Culture in new staff's pre-onboarding process
• Ensure that all operational issues and emergencies are attended promptly and rectified duly
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will be someone who:

• Has a Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in an office administrative role
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Possesses initiative, drive and exceptional attention to details
• Is an independent worker, able to work without much guidance
• Is a strong team player

Responsibilities

Advanced Analytics:

• Develop and implement predictive models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract meaningful insights from large datasets specific to the Telco domain.
• Design experiments and conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product enhancement.

Machine Learning:

• Apply machine learning techniques to optimise and personalise Telco product features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into our products, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Data Modelling: Build and maintain robust data models (community detection) for Telco-specific datasets, considering scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance existing models (Householding and Business Community detection) to improve predictive performance.

Product Enhancement:

• Work closely with product managers to identify Telco market trends and customer needs, translating them into actionable data science projects.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve product features, user engagement, and overall customer satisfaction.

Communication:

• Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record of at least 4 years in a data science role with a focus on Telco competitive intelligence products.
• Strong experience in applying machine learning algorithms and statistical modelling in the Telco domain.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with relevant machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, PySpark) and data manipulation tools.
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Telecommunications industry trends, challenges, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with Telco-specific datasets and data sources.
• Preferred Qualification: Experience with Location Intelligence, including geospatial analytics, GIS tools, and the application of location-based data in Telco products.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical findings in a clear and understandable manner.

Job Summary:

The Senior Cash Flow Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and forecasting Group Cash Flow to ensure financial stability and support decision-making. The role focus on optimizing liquidity, managing working capital and involves monitoring projects and entities’ cash flow and ensure compliance with treasury policies.

Responsibilities:

• Track inflow and outflow across all project accounts

• Maintain updated records of the Group’s cash position
