Requirements:

• Experience & Knowledge:Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 3-5 years of experience in a presale position in the telecommunication, IP telephony or data networking industry in the APAC region.
• In-depth telecommunication, IP telephony, and data networking domain knowledge.
• Sound understanding of mobile network (EPC, IMS, 5GC), virtualization/containerization (NFVi, Cloud), networking, and emerging technologies (Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, IoT).
• Professional certification in the respective areas will be considered favorably.
• R&D or software development background will be an added advantage.

You will work with the Business Office Manager in studying, planning, organising, establishing, and implementing policies and procedures, and internal controls for all billing, account follow up and financial counselling activities. You will ensure that all services are billed, and that claims are made accurately and timely.
