Job Title: HR Consultant (Entry-Level, On-Job-Training Provided)
Job Role Description:
The HR Consultant supports the identification, analysis, and scoping of enterprise capability development needs while contributing to business growth. In addition to preparing consulting quotations, proposals, and government grant applications, the role involves managing consulting project implementation, and enhancing internal and external stakeholder engagement.
The consultant also conducts business development activities to expand the client base and manages client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction. He/She will be responsible for resource allocation, logistics for consulting projects, and maintaining proper project documentation. The role includes collecting data, conducting desktop research, and making recommendations for capability development solutions that meet client needs.
The HR Consultant enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and is committed to continuous learning. He/She interacts proactively with clients and stakeholders, communicates effectively, and is eager to contribute to both project execution and business growth.

- Advise on human resource practices and Skills Framework adoption.
- Enhance stakeholder engagement and management.
- Support the preparation of training materials and logistics.
- Develop diagnostic tools, frameworks, and checklists.
- Maintain project documentation, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Collaborate with the team on strategies to achieve sales targets.
