Key Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate processing of daily receipts, monthly vendor invoices and payments
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions and analysis
• Prepare Credit and Debit Notes for group companies
• Perform monthly intercompany and Balance Sheet reconciliation
• Supporting the audit process and preparing required data, documents, and information

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Respond to job assignments promptly and perform on-site mechanic services.
• Restart breakdown vehicles of AA members and corporate customers.
• Observe safety practices in the course of attending to breakdown cases.
• Carry out documentation as per vehicle recovery procedures.
• Display basic customer service skill in the course of work.
• Safe-keep all sales proceeds and document and deposit these into the steel box at the Call Centre at the end of shift.
• Replenish service van with batteries after sales have been made.
• Carry out daily vehicle serviceability checks as per “Before Operations Check”.

Purpose of the Role:

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for front-facing patient management and provision of administration support to the department to ensure the smooth operation of programmes and services offered to cancer patients and survivors.

This is a patient-centric role which requires focus on front facing client management (i.e. patient liaison, attendance tracking, fee collection and related patient matters).

Responsibilities:

Client management:

• Responsible for managing patients on various platforms at front office counter e.g. face-to-face, phone calls, via email, virtually meetings

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle full sets of accounts

2. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions including:

• Invoicing, issuing DO/Credit Note, payments and collections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Check, prepare monthly vendor invoices and submit to CFO for approval.
• Check, prepare monthly staff claims and submit to CFO for approval.
• Check, verify and reconcile Vendors’ statements.
• Involvement in month-end closing.

3. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow

• Assist in placing orders for customers.
