We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Associate Producer (Partnership & Content Creation)to join our creative division to create commercial content such as short films, commercial and branding videos, as well as provide production support to clients across various industries. This position is offered as part of the IMDA Company Led Training Program.

Producer work is difficult to define as there are multiple responsibilities depending on the project involved. Each day brings new challenges and problems to solve. The team will count on you for various crucial tasks, from organizing meetings with important clients, preparing contracts, to supervising and assisting with production.

Responsibilities

• Produce creative and compelling content, e.g. commercials, branding videos, social media videos, short films for direct clients and ad agencies.
• Prepare decks to pitch to networks, clients and ad agencies.
• Manage projects from development stage till delivery.
• Manage logistics of production to ensure smooth operation.
• Work closely with directors to meet the creative brief.
• Prepare production budget and schedule for assigned projects.
• Monitor and control production expenditure within approved budget.

Requirements

• A strong interest in storytelling and filmmaking.
• Min. 3 years of production experiences in production environment, with hands on experiences of various processing of filmmaking, including creative producing and production management. Fresh graduates with relevant experiences will be considered.
• Education in fields related to film, media studies, communication preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have experience in organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Understand that production work will extend beyond regular office hours when required.

You will co-ordinate and perform clerical and support functions in the assigned ward, such as handling the medical records and taking charge of the bed assignment and census update. You will be responsible for assessing and managing communication and swallowing disorders in adults and works collaboratively with a multidiscplinary healthcare team to provide quality care for patients. You will also provide education to patients, caregivers and other healthcare professionals.

As a Senior Speech Therapist, you will contribute to the organisation's implementation of initiatives and programmes that aim to provide quality patient care, delivery clinical education and engage in quality improvement/research activties. In addition, assist in the management of daily operations and resources, and contributes towards staff development (e.g provide training and supervison to junior Speech Therapists and students).

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent, or
• MSc in Speech and Language Pathology (No experience candidate-entry level), or
• MSc / MA in Speech-Language Pathology (U.S.A) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
