You will be involved in securing film distribution deals with film licensors, planning film distribution

budgets, ad spaces and costings ensuring films obtain optimal publicity and box office revenue

throughout the theatrical run. Responsible to liaise closely with media, promotional partners and be

active in social media postings. In addition, to ensure the smooth running and accurate documentation

of department administrative functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Build relationships with film licensors to secure film distribution deals for the company

2. Work closely with film licensors and plan film distribution budgets, advertising spaces and costing

3. Secure optimal release of films with all film exhibitors

5. Liaising with media on movie screenings and assisting them with film information:

a) Making hall booking and liaising with Sales team

b) Ensuring logistics memo all done according to requirements

c) Keeping in touch with media and assisting them with film information

d) Updating media with updated rating, trailer, key-art, production notes, and etc

6. Liaising with promotional partners for movie previews/contest giveaways:

a) Planning for a list of potential partners to work on

b) Planning the number of tickets for promotional partners

c) Checking their contest giveaways and ensure all details are right

d) Sending redemption details to partners and ensuring that promotional partners get the right redemption detail

7. Liaising with designers for artwork edits and video edits:

a) Follow up with designers on artwork

b) Updating designer with licensor’s comments and follow up on revised artworks

c) Liaising with in-house designer for video localization

8. Administrative support

a) Update film web information

b) Update all Filemaker databases A&P

c) Generate Requisition Forms and Purchase orders

d) Sending advertising spaces contract

e) Sending out rating info to all relevant parties

f) Uploading videos to Youtube, creating e-posters

g) Checking and aligning of invoices, recording details into Filemaker

h) Booking and scheduling e-signature

i) Any other ad-hoc projects assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Communications or its equivalent

2. At least one year of marketing experience in film/ entertainment industry will be added advantage

What you’ll be doing:

• Monitor Cybersecurity alerts on multiple security systems, issue RFIs, investigate the alerts, remediate, and track for closure.
• Create detection use cases and fine tune detection rules to strengthen detection and reduce false positives.
• Support and coordinate, maintenance, patching, upgrade and troubleshooting of security systems.
• Security Patch/Vulnerability Management.
• Compile monthly statistics on threats and trends.
• Assist in Cybersecurity project implementations.

What you’ll need:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering and or any relevant qualification
• 3 years of working experience with
• Good knowledge of IT security controls, patch management and be involved in operations of Enterprise ICT infrastructure.
• Working experience and fine-tuning/whitelisting with SIEM, EDR, WAF, DAM, IPS/IDS and Anti-Malware systems.
• Experience in Use case creation, log source enablement for SIEM and automation with SOAR.
• Threat Hunting and spoofed email analysis.
• Experienced with security practices of Internet, Intranet, WAN and Cloud networks.
• Good knowledge of Network, Architecture and Windows/Linux OS fundamentals e.g. IP addressing, AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, MSSQL and SFTP.

Added advantage

• At least 3 years of working experience in security operations centre, ICT project implementations and support.
• At least 2 years of hands-on practical experience in configuring and monitoring security systems including SIEM, EDR, WAF, DAM, Anti-malware, Log Management System, Intrusion prevention/detection systems, security patch management and security incident response.
• Experience in IM8 compliance or other cyber security frameworks e.g. NIST, ISO 27001, CIS. Experience in Windows/Linux Hardening. Security testing knowledge or certification for vulnerability assessment, penetration test and source code review will be a strong advantage.
