Responsibility
We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee and manage sales activities in the wholesale trade of diverse products. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of wholesale trade dynamics to effectively guide the sales team in meeting targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Description
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Monitor team performance through regular evaluations and provide training or support to improve outcomes.
- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics team to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, product quality issues, or delivery delays promptly.
- Able to carry heavy goods, about 20Kg-30Kg.
- Able to work overtime, public holiday or weekend if required

Requirement
*At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
*Candidate must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
*Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
*Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
*Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
*Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independent and pressure environment.
*Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
