Job Description:

- Provide effective personal assistance and support to Associate Director

- Assisting teams with daily operation and sales support

- Compiling reports, organizing paperwork, document and e-Document information

- Calendar management and coordinate meetings and conferences

- Travel support which includes preparing itineraries etc

- Maintain good working knowledge of the industry so as to provide adequate assistance to relevant internal departments or staffs
