Job Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination

• Manage Region Projects/Tickets and work with cross-functional teams and vendors to unblock issues.
• Understand the status of assigned region engineer's projects and update its' tickets regularly.
• Hosts weekly/bi-weekly Logistics Related meetings with stakeholders and take meeting notes to ensure projects are moving along and communicate any risks/blockers to stakeholders.
• Provide a tracker/dashboard that shows the progress of each project with pending task.
• Unify Ticketing tracking for all requests across different vendors and regions.
• Manage CDN site accuracy on our internal database and update changes accordingly.

Data Accuracy

Vendor Support

• Initial POC for all Vendor Queries relating to shipment, access, and chats/communications.
• Create Colocation Inbound/Outbound Shipments and track Deliveries.
• Work with SCM/Planning to update and add equipments into CMDB- How to receive servers in Twinkle AMS
• Schedule onsite technicians and provide site access requests for all ad-hoc/scheduled activities.
• Ensure ACL list is up to date.
• Submit Vendor Remote Hands Requests to support physical works on site.
• Perform regular audits for all site portals, inventory, and hours performed by vendors
• Schedule vendors for ERAD for Reverse logistics and oversee the activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2 years in Logistics Field working with internal and external stakeholders to move projects and/or shipments around.

This role reports to the CEO and will be a member of the MINDS Management team, sharing collective responsibility specifically in the area of fundraising and donation to deliver the organizations strategies and Mission to realise its espoused Vision.

This role assists CEO in providing oversight, strategise and directs the development and implementation of fundraising and donation strategies to ensure MINDS financial sustainability in the face of growth, , raise funds for sustenance of MINDS services in a sustained manner, grow public mindshare of MINDS value to Singapore, raise the profile of MINDS to gain more partners and seed collaboration with more stakeholder groups to provide greater support for Persons with Intellectual Disability (PWIDS) and their families, so as to facilitate their integration into society.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategise, lead, build pipelines and drive engagements with donor stakeholders across the following key segments; corporates, funding agencies, Foundations and high net-worth individuals.
• Develop, implement, and review Donation framework and policies for whole of MINDS.
• Strategise, lead and drive philanthropic giving efforts to MINDS.
• Innovate and explore new ways and platforms/channels of reaching out to prospective donors to grow and sustain philanthropic giving for MINDS. Ensure good governance on donation administration process and maintenance of donor database.

• Bachelor Degree
