Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant alongside with Marketing Executive will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events at SCAL. Additionally, the Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring that some of the key marketing platforms are consistently updated and maintained.
Job Description:
· Assist in developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and events.
· Design promotional materials and ensure timely dissemination across platforms.
· Support the planning and execution of events, such as conventions, seminars, and outreach programmes.
· Update and maintain websites, including speakers, sponsors, event listings, announcements, and registration details.
· Coordinate event logistics, prepare event materials, and provide on-site assistance.
· Handle routine administrative tasks related to event marketing and management.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Relevant experience in marketing, communications, or event management is an advantage.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) is a plus.
· Familiarity with social media platforms.
