Requirements:

· Degree in Building/ Civil or Electrical Engineering/ Construction Management or related.

· Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management and/ or site coordination works for building projects.

. BCCPE certificate would be an advance.

· Good all-rounded knowledge in construction management, planning capability and contractual matters; adopt lean mind set to cost and resource management.

Job Description/Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for design, building and commissioning of laboratory space and the chemical processing systems, associated equipment, and components where applicable. Develop procedures for testing, including validation protocols for the same. Work with vendors/regulatory bodies/partners where applicable.
