1. Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties.
2. Plan and coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely operations (shipments clearance and delivery) execution.
3. To fulfill customer request and immediate resolve if complaint raise.
4. To ensures all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
5. To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
6. To ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control.
7. To ensure filing of documents is completed on time and accurately.
8. To organize the layout of warehouse and ensure effective utilization of warehouse spacing.
9. To supervise a team of assistant supervisor and material handlers for stuffing and un-stuffing of containers for export and import shipments.
10. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
11. Suggest improvements to eliminate hazards, feedback on inadequacy of operational control, risk assessment and safe work procedure.
12. Evaluate the performance of assigned personnel and provide training experience, conduct disciplinary action and recommend dismissal as require.
13. Ensure functional activities integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, regulatory compliance and customer needs.

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

The Category Executive (with assigned subclasses) is a pivotal role that handles all aspects of category management from end to end. Include but not limited to negotiation of pricing, planning of promotion, product listing & review, and product placement. The position handles the portfolio of Mushrooms, Exotic Vegetables and the flowers subclasses.
