Key Responsibilities:

The Data Center Business Development Leader (DC BD) is a newly created role responsible for growing commercial equipment, controls and service sales with specific focus on expanding our Data Center customers. Your extensive knowledge about Data Center products along with exposure in the HVAC industry will help drive our business objectives to deliver end to end sustainable, intelligent climate and energy efficiency solutions for our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data center solutions and have a proven track record in sales and business development. This role will focus on identifying market opportunities, engaging customers, managing accounts, and overseeing the bidding process for data center cooling solutions.

• Market Mapping: Identify and analyze market opportunities for data center cooling solutions in Vietnam, focusing on customer needs and industry trends.
• Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including colocation providers, hyperscalers, and enterprise accounts, to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention while driving new business opportunities.
• Bidding Process: Lead pre-bid activities, develop competitive proposals, and participate in tender submissions to secure new contracts.
• Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to finalize agreements and achieve revenue targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and regional Centers of Excellence (CoEs), to align strategies and support customer needs effectively.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and enhance market presence

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing of data center solutions and products.
• Proven track record in managing accounts at a country level, particularly within the data center industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales effectively.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data center cooling technologies and solutions.
• Experience in working with plan and specification teams.
• You are eager to have a high degree of ownership, directly framing and influencing strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

Prepare Electrical and Instrumentation design documents including:

• Lighting design and calculation.
• Preparation of lighting layout 2D and 3D drawings, Lighting circuit diagram.
• Earthing and Lightning Protection design and drafting of layout, section, and elevation drawings.
• Cable ladder, conduit, trunking, cable routing design. Preparation of 2D and 3D design drawings.
• Cable sizing calculation, prepare Electrical cable schedule
• Prepare material take off (MTO) for material purchase.
• Fire Alarm, CCTV, Card Access, Public Addressing system design, preparation of system schematic and Layout drawings 2D and 3D.
• Preparation of Instrument Location layout drawing
• Preparation of Junction box termination drawings, Instrument Loop diagram
• Preparation of instrument Hook up, typical installation details
• Preparation of instrument cable schedule

Design coordination with internal design disciplines such as Structure, mechanical, piping team for design interface issue

Attend 3D model review and coordination with internal discipline engineers to resolves clashes.

Attend site survey and provide design sketches such as cable routing, support installation details, etc.

Support project tender team for material take-off from client tender documents.

Attend factory inspection for E&I related material such as Fire alarm, CCTV, MCC, PLC system

Support construction site to raise material purchase request, evaluation vendor quotation, preparation of Material approval submission.

Support site testing & commissioning work such as fire alarm system, CCTV System, DCS loop check, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 3~5 Year of relevant design experiences
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Job Role & Responsibilities

SALES SUPPORT

1. Prepare, generate & follow up on Proforma Invoice, Contract of Sales, Sales Order Confirmation, Quotation & other sales related documents

2. Follow-up with customer on product label, ensure label design are approved by customer before proceed with the printing

Job Role Requirements:
