Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert (SME) for laboratory testing asset lifecycle and product stability program:

• Excel trained with experience (advanced level preferred)
• SAP trained and experience
• Purchasing role with exposure to order processing in the interim

Role & Responsibilities

1. Prepare Auto cad & PDF drawings for EMA submission.
2. Assist the Engineers in updating drawings.
3. ON time delivery of drawings and maintain soft copy in the server.
4. Ad hoc duties as assigned
5. Site work if necessary.

Qualification

1. Minimum ITE/Diploma/Higher Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
2. Proficient in Auto Cad & Microsoft Office.
3. Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is a plus. (Training will be provided)
4. Basic knowledge of reading Electrical Single line Diagram
5. Trained with BIM or BIM knowledge will have an added advantage.

Provide 13th Month & variable bonus

Transport from 6 MRT pickup points - Joo Koon, Woodlands, Bishan, Paya Lebar, Jurong East, & Serangoon

5 day week

working hours - 8.15am till 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems.

2. Document Management: File, sort, and maintain organized records of financial documents.

3. Sales and Commission Reporting: Tabulate sales figures and calculate drivers' commissions.

4. Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the accounting and administrative functions.
