Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global FP&A, the incumbent will be the Finance Business Partner to Sales and marketing / Manufacturing / SCM / Procurement / HR leadership globally in formulating short to mid business direction and plan.

The Senior Analyst would work on an assigned Region most of the time as well as be involved in selected reporting requirement for global level.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and drive analysis of past trends & forward-looking of financial / business / operational information.

• Support analysis relating to KPI achievements e.g. Revenue & profitability, by drilling down to Product Range, Sales Area & Customer levels.

Requirements:

• Degree in in finance / accounting with minimum 5 years’ experience in FP&A and Standard Costing.
• Hands-on experience in production-oriented & manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of intermediate level of double-entries, basic understanding of intercompany transactions would be a plus.
• Ability in designing & drawing graphs and interpreting them.
• Adept at working with large data sets and able to draw insights from it.
• Good understanding of ERP & BI Tools (SAP and SAP Business Warehouse will be an advantage)

We are looking for an Executive, Strategic Communications to supports key communications work by strategising, developing and executing a wide range integrated communication plans and activities to support key publicity and amplification efforts for the organisation and its key divisions.

Duration: 1 year
Salary: Up to $3,400/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Support in developing strategies for social media management and content curation, including conceptualising creative ways to amplify Plan on owned channels and platforms
• Support the implementation of digital engagement for Plan, including management of digital engagement platform
• Provide additional support for ongoing tasks as required, including manpower support at Plan roadshows, digital engagement platform management, liaising with divisions where needed etc.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in communications or equivalent
• Proven knowledge and experience in in digital communications including social media platforms and other digital media platforms

• Co-pilot to the Factory Manager and the Factory Leadership Team, responsible for all financial matters and provide fact based decision making on both short term objectives and on long term strategic initiatives.
• Identify and drive cost improvement opportunities, by actively drive NCE activities within the factory and ensure activities are in alignment with business OMP while ensuring quality financial information is used by the business for decision making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood.

• Drive business planning and manage the overall factory budget with factory management team as well as being the critical liaison between factory and Head Office in the business planning process.
• Develop, control and ensure robust evaluations of capital investment plans and requests including post CAPEX evaluations.
• Ensure clear control and visibility of assets and liabilities including the development, implementation and compliance with internal controls in all areas. Accountable for Segregation of Duties (SODs) and assessment of compensating control effectiveness.
• Manage routine audit activities within the factory to ensure compliance on critical areas eg) NAS, Costing Standards, statutory accounting/tax, OPEX guideline and appropriately escalate business risks.

The primary role of the Fuel Tanker-Transport Driver is to safely drive road tanker with a maximum 28,000 Litres hazmat liquid capacity. The Tanker driver loads fuel (Gasolines, Distillates, Liquid Petroleum Products, Lubricants). The Tanker driver safely transports the load to the designated customers location.

Job Description:-

• To operate the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, respecting customers property, other (motorist) and the environment
• To agree to follow company policies & procedures, safety policies, environmental stewardship
• Efficiently perform vehicle pre/post trip inspection in accordance with Company requirements
• Maintain cleanliness of company owned vehicle
• Utilize onboard/portable electronic devise to receive dispatched orders and record deliveries
• Correctly Load product at various loading facilities), adhering to the policies & procedures of the loading facility
• Deliver bulk fuel or bulk lubricants to customers, verifying the load is correct
• Participate in safety meetings and training as directed by the company

Requirements:-

• Diploma or equivalent
• Class 4 driving Licence
• 2 years prior commercial driving experience required, fuel or hazmat tanker experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays
