• 5 years experience in Market Risk is required for one of the major financial software (Murex) in a Banking environment
• Good knowledge on VaR, Stress testing
• Good knowledge and hands on experience on MRE , ERM & Market data configuration , Debugging and development
• Good hands on experience on relevant technical skills ( SQL , Shell Scripting , Python and Ant Scripts)
• Hands-on business analysis role to analysis, process changes and functional requirements.
• Good technical background
• Team player with good communication & inter-personal skills.

Job-description

• Assistant Retrofit Manager shall be responsible in ensuring that projects and contracts are delivered in accordance to the contract specification.
• Candidate has to be proficient in his technical knowledge of Chiller Plant Equipment, Aircon Systems and Building Automation System
• Understand concept in ACMV Projects and Operations.
• A problem solver and present issues and solutions.
• Ownership of his quality of work and has to work as a team member together with colleagues to attain the goals of the BU.
• Provide technical advice and support ACMV team on issues at site.

Requirements

· 5-10 years’ knowledge and experience in OEM ACMV

· Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical

· SCEM or related certification

· People management experience

· Team player able to support site team members

· Excellent communicator both written and spoken

• Responsible in handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

• Record and reconcile expenses, including employee reimbursements.

• Assist in cash flow planning, ensure accurate update of financial records and reconciliation

• Ensure timely and accurate billing and following up with customers/vendors to ensure timely payments

• Assist in monthly general ledger journals, schedules and closing activities

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
