Job scope

• Generate and follow-up documentation which includes quotations to clients, supplier and customer invoices & delivery orders.

• Liaise with other departments like accounting & production.

• Generate management reports according to managers’ requirements.

• Assist engineers in reports and proposals.

• Assist in project related administrative works, e.g. compiling operation manuals and document filing

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of equivalent working experience.

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or other related disciplines.

• Good team worker.

• Pleasant personality.

• Able to work under pressure and fastmoving environment. Willing to work beyond normal work hours occasionally when necessary.

Job Description - Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory through timely and accurate inventory updates in WMS & ERP on a daily basis
• Daily inbound/outbound delivery schedule arrangement
• Perform stock allocation with FIFO principle for outgoing orders
• Maintain proper inventory control and accuracy (System & Physical) and high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping of warehouse
• Observe safe warehouse practices and security
• Conduct investigation on irregularities such as damages or stock discrepancy and report findings to immediate superior
• Communicate and coordinate operations with other plant personnel and functions
• Perform any other work related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate superior

Requirements:

• Preferably with 1 year relevant experience in warehouse operations; Suitable candidates with 2 years & above relevant warehouse experience will be considered for a senior role (team lead)
• Forklift license is compulsory, Class 4 license / other applicable certifications are a plus
• Microsoft Dynamics WMS software knowledge will be an advantage
• Must be a responsible and resourceful team player who is able to make sound technical decisions in a fast paced environment
• Good interpersonal, management and problem solving skills
• Ideally with production industry background in the Oil & Gas or related industries
• Fresh graduates with positive attitudes to learn are welcome
• Able to start work immediately or short notice would be an advantage
• Located at Tuas, Jurong
