A major responsibility of this position will be to support purchasing and sales operations by managing orders, maintaining contact with suppliers and customers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities:

Purchasing:

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing purchase orders based on requisitions.
• Monitor the status of purchase orders, follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, and update relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and reconciling purchase orders with delivery receipts.
• Assist in verifying and reconciling supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.

Commercial:

About This Role

1. Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction.

2. Lead the execution of topographic and as-built surveys to capture essential data.

3. Check and compute the pre-computation prior to any setting out for field surveyors and verify the accuracy of survey data, measurement and calculations.
