Job Description

· Provide strategic leadership and direction to the service operations division and supervising Singapore & Malaysia personnel to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards.

Requirements

· Fluent in Japanese (Native) and English (Spoken & Written).

· Min Degree or higher with at least 7-10 years of related working experience with our company's abatment systems in a semiconductor environment.

· Strong ability in handling technical issues and able to propose and negotiate service contracts to customers.

· Experience in Semiconductor Fab and Service Audit will be an advantage.

· Good understanding & knowledge of semiconductor facilities & processes will be an advantage.

· Willing to travel daily to various sites and overseas when required.

Overview

Reporting to NUH Healthier SG Office, you will need to facilitate and drive Advance Care Planning for targeted group of patients at NUH. The incumbent will also need to raise awareness of Advance Care Planning in NUH/ NUHS.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Engage all suitable referrals in Advance Care Planning discussion and facilitate the completion of Advance Care Plans for patients.
• Ensure effective communication of patients’ Advance Care Plans to health care professionals and other stakeholders.
• Follow up and review outcome of Advance Care Planning, including honouring of care and treatment preferences (where possible).
• Follow up on concerns raised during Advance Care Planning discussion, by providing feedback to the healthcare teams and other stakeholders.
• Work in partnership with stakeholders to raise awareness of Advance Care Planning.
• Conduct and participate in Advance Care Planning advocacy and facilitator training.
• Any other duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or Allied Health relevant to the job.
• Must be a critical thinker, self-motivated, able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use local languages and dialects.
• Equipped with basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

You Will

• Act as first point of contact and first responder for IT incidents reported by end users, via email, phone, and other online channels as required
• Log calls in the Service Desk management tool to ensure incidents and requests are managed in a timely manner and escalated using the correct procedures.
• Perform Level 1 troubleshooting with First Call Resolution using remote assistance tools (e.g. Bomgar).
• Log and track with resolver groups on their respective tickets
• Manage End-to-End ticket life cycle, monitor relevant metrics (e.g., Service Level Agreement) and ensure proper ticket closure based on industry best practices - Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
• Answer calls in an appropriate manner with proper ticket closure of received or abandoned calls
• Administer BitLocker recovery pin support
• Administer onboarding 2FA registration
• Perform grant and removal of access to network shared drive
• Update and review basic troubleshooting questionnaires on Level 1 support
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and articles for the knowledge base
