This role will report to Senior Manager, Salesforce Delivery Lead and plays a critical role of a Salesforce Lead Business Analyst with an exciting journey to enhance our Salesforce platform and improve adoption. What Skills You Will Need

• Salesforce Expertise: At least 8 years of business analysis experience with strong knowledge of Salesforce features (Sales and Service Cloud) and hands-on experience with configuration and customization.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Security Model, Process Automation, Data Migrations, SOQL/SOSL, Dashboards) and customization skills.
• Agile Methodologies: Proven experience in leading projects using agile delivery, prioritizing requirements, and conducting functional testing.
• Integration Experience: Proven experience in implementing large-scale web service integrations and good understanding of CI/CD platforms like GitLab, Copado, Jenkins, Ant tool.
