Responsibilities

• Handling documents (receiving, verification, and processing).
• Update and control procedure documents and forms.
• Assisting in designing/creating templates for documents, file types, and document databases.
• Ensure all documents meet set standards in terms of quality and compliance.
• Updating Document Control Master List and ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
• Assisting in the implementation document control processes and procedures.
• Maintain the comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document control center.
• Assisting in managing the flow of documentation within the organization.
• Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management system.
• Participate in document control improvement projects (i.e. eQMS).
