• Master or Bachelor in any sciences/project management related discipline.
• Candidates with experience and knowledge in future energy (e.g. nuclear, hydrogen, geothermal) or existing industries (e.g. aerospace, O&G, space, semiconductor) will have an advantage.
• At least 3-5 years of project management experience in technology transfer, product development or research project would be preferable.
• PMP certifications (or equivalent) and experience with Microsoft’s Project System are an advantage.
• Ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of technical / engineering processes and lead teams throughout the project development cycle.
• Good business acumen, driven to deliver customer requirements and project deadlines.
• Proactive team player and technically motivated to solve problems, innovate and deliver to internal and external customers.
• Good understanding of research administrative and grant processes.
• Experience in managing and roll-out enterprise software is required. Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
• Strong planning and analytical skills with an eye for details.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in a diverse environment.
