The Role

The incumbent will report to the Trade Planning Manager in the Commercial department and will support the master data team by ensuring the accuracy of data set up in promotions management.

Responsibilities

• Database Maintenance
  Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of price and promotion data in the SAP database.
• Promotions Management
  Oversee the accurate and timely setup of promotions. Collaborate closely with the category team and Group Business Admin to ensure claims are properly set up.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Strategist

We are seeking a talented and experienced CRO Strategist to lead and drive the optimization efforts for our client’s shop app, focusing on improving conversion rates and overall user experience. As the lead strategist, you will lead client discussions and mentor a team of CRO specialists, identifying opportunities, running A/B tests, and collaborating with cross functional teams to implementing and track the performances of all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and Execute CRO Strategy: Develop and lead the execution of data-driven conversion optimization strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates across the app.
• User Journey Optimization: Identify friction points in the conversion funnel and propose data-driven solutions.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests to validate strategies and optimize user experiences though UIUX initiatives or via Insider platform
• Analyze & Report Performance: Report performances of all CRO, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage Client Relationships: Ensure client goals are met by delivering impactful results, maintaining strong communication, and leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on goals and performance.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor CRO specialists and collaborating with cross functional teams

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a CRO role, preferably in an e-commerce or mobile app environment.
• Proficiency with CRO tools (Insider platform) and analytics platforms is a must
• Solid analytical abilities, capable of deciphering intricate data and offering practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present findings to stakeholders.

• Responsible for the architecture design and construction of the backend for social products and participating in technical planning.
• Responsible for the design of system software architecture, system modules, key components, and interfaces.
• Participate in writing core code, conduct project code reviews, continuously optimize code, and assist in resolving complex bugs.
• Adjust algorithm configurations in real-time based on business requirements.
• Participate in technical architecture reviews, ensuring high-quality technical designs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 6 years of experience in internet research and development, with experience in designing large-scale application systems. Experience in social product development is preferred.
• Proficient in microservices architecture and distributed architecture design, with experience in system development and optimization for high traffic, high availability, high fault tolerance, and high-load environments.
• Solid backend development skills, proficient in Java, with in-depth understanding and practical experience in data handling, performance optimization, concurrency, online system maintenance, and horizontal scaling.
• Familiar with Spring Cloud, Zookeeper, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and underlying architectures, including principles, cluster deployment, parameter optimization, and secondary development capabilities.
• Familiarity with recommendation technologies, algorithm engineering, and real-time estimation techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication, team collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• A foundation in data analysis and a willingness to learn deeply, coupled with strong business acumen.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese for professional use.

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will administer and manage SUSS's academic programmes, support examination activities and take charge of the School's student activities as well as external liaisons.

• Coordinate student recruitment activities, school activities, and student interviews
• Support examination and assessment-related matters including liaison with programme/external examiners/associate faculties/supervisors, Head of Programme and Examination Administration Department
• Liaise with course writers and developers on course development matters
• Liaise with external partners associated with the programme(s)
• General administrative duties, such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates
• Organise events for students, marketing, talks, social and promotional events, etc.
• Manage ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Degree holders with 1-2 years' relevant working experience
• Mature, meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
• Effective interpersonal skills with excellent command of written and spoken English
