Job Description:

Create 3D solid model of components and/or assembly based on sketches or physical parts;

Provide mechanical engineering drafting support to project teams;

Modify and update mechanical engineering drawings.

Job Requirements:

Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering Drawing & Design or its equivalent;

Min 2 years' experiences in related field;

Proficient in modeling and creating fabrication drawings;

Proficient in drafting standards, ISO, ANSI Y 14.5;

Knowledge in Solid Edge modeling & drafting software will be an added advantage;

Knowledge in MS office application;

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure highest standard of cleanliness, order and appearance of the hotel according to the standards and procedures set by the hotel management
• Assign housekeeping and maintenance staff their roles and duties; inspect work for conformance and ensure compliance
• Monitor forecasted occupancy and ensure adequate manpower for cleaning of checkout rooms
• Maintain proper housekeeping/ maintenance records of activities/events such as Lost and Found, Inventory, Rooming Lists
• Monitor and maintain cleaning materials and ensure all inventories are adequately store, recorded and properly maintained

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping

Job Responbilities:

• Manage full set of accounts including intercompany charges, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules and general ledger maintenance.
• Perform data entry to assist in operation finance of the group distribution and publishing business.
• Address and resolve accounting backlogs promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the Finance teams to clear outstanding entries and discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist the Finance team to provide necessary documentation and support during financial audits.

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of food preparation, kitchen, pantry, and storeroom personnel and purchases or requisitions foodstuffs and kitchen supplies: Plans or participates in planning menus, preparing and apportioning foods, and utilizing food surpluses and leftovers.
• 2) Specifies number of servings to be made from any vegetable, meat, beverage, and dessert to control portion costs.
• 3) Supervises noncooking personnel, such as KITCHEN HELPER , to ensure cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.
• 4) Supervises COOK and tastes, smells, and observes food to ensure conformance with recipes and appearance standards.
