Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Director, you shall manage the entire effort for construction execution of the FPSO from selection of donor vessel to commissioning and acceptance by the Client. Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following job scope:

Job Description:
Deliver customer service to hotline calls, emails and walk-ins
• Processing of orders via various purchase options
• Processing enrolments of new customers
• Prepare daily sales report to ensure accurate payments received and stock quantities
• Assist with merchandise and spare parts purchase
• Filing of documents
• Checking of invoices with order forms to ensure invoices are keyed correctly
• Handle customer enquires
• Issue products to customers according to the purchases
• Packing of stock for deliveries and courier service
• Coordinate with courier to ensure timely delivery
• Daily stock count to ensure accurate and sufficient inventory level
• Order stock in to replenish
• Receiving of stock and arrangement of stock in warehouse
• Providing after-sales service (repair)
• Prepare inventory reports
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirement:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor predictive models for credit scoring, fraud detection, and suspicious activity prediction.

• Support regular model performance reviews, audits, and recalibrations.

Data Analytics to Help Business:

• Collect, process, and analyze data to support statistical analysis and risk decision-making.
• Design, implement, and maintain performance reports and actionable insights dashboards.
• Provide data-driven insights and develop dashboards to support loan approval processes and business decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in lending data that can influence credit risk strategies.
• Present model concepts and metrics to senior stakeholders and validators/auditors.

Experience and Qualifications

• Degree (PhD, Master's, Bachelor's) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Proven experience building risk models such as Application Score, Behavior Score, PD, EAD, LGD (Basel or IFRS 9), especially for retail customers in diverse countries including Singapore.
• Comprehensive understanding of risk management throughout the customer journey within fintech or risk-focused environments.
• Domain expertise in retail credit products, banking, and regulatory frameworks (Basel, IFRS).
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Snowflake and Data Visualization tools like Tableau.
• Technical proficiency in data retrieval, data modeling, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Strong familiarity with advanced machine learning techniques, statistical classification/regression for credit risk.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a dynamic work setting.
• Bonus: Familiarity with implementing models using Terraform scripts, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD technologies, AWS, or MLOps.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the costs related to construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of construction practices, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cost Management & Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and other construction -related expenses. Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to ensure that the project is delivered within budget.

* Tendering & Procurement: Carry our tender submissions to various tender portals. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.

JOB SCOPE

1. Responsible for SOP of Medicine Clinical;

2. Plan, develop, oversee and monitor progress of clinical development projects;

3. Evaluate the safety information of the project and ensure the regulatory compliance of the safety report;

4. Track and analyze the domestic and foreign medical trends and scientific research trends of cell therapy, and understand the progress and trends in the field;

5. Establish good cooperative relations and conduct professional communication with clinical experts and researchers, clinical trial institutions, CROs and other partners;

6. Contribute medical inputs to clinical protocols, institutional review board submissions, study reports, regulatory documents and scientific manuscripts;

7. Act on behalf of the Biosyngen team, as assigned by the management;

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Professional background in the medical or life sciences (e.g. MD, Ph.D., PharmD, pharmacist), ideally with a minimum of 10 years in a pharmaceutical or biotech company, or public healthcare institution;

2. Able to independently design and write medical plans, minimum of 5 years of clinical medical plan writing experience;

3. Competency in the conduct and monitoring of clinical trials and clinical development projects, including the regulatory submission process and guidelines;

4. Familiarity with oncology clinical research and therapeutic development. Prior experience with immune oncology projects will be an advantage;
