About The Role

The VR/Educational Media Developer reports directly to the AV manager. The role of VR/Educational Media Developer is to develop VR projects on VR headsets, native application-based and web-based AR/VR experience to support learning and teaching. In addition, the VR/Educational Media Developer is also expected to support educational content development. The candidate is expected to attend project meetings, scope the project requirements, plan for necessary resources in order meet the expectations of the stakeholders.

The candidate should be proficient in programming languages and framework, and good interpersonal communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing

VR/Educational Media Developer is responsible for the timely completion of VR projects and media assets creation in meeting the requirements of SUSS stakeholders, as well as to update and maintenance of VR projects.

Specific Responsibilities

1. To collaborate with designers, content developers, and project managers to develop VR experiences and educational media assets.
2. To work with various stakeholders to design, brainstorm and review VR experiences and educational media assets.
3. To conduct UAT, test, debug and fix errors of VR applications across all platforms.
4. To explore and evaluate the latest VR development tools, best practices and VR devices.
5. To propose and suggest usage of VR experience in education.
6. To train and upskill EMR colleagues on VR development and media assets creation.

General Responsibilities

1. To coordinate annual budget forecast and procurement of hardware and software needed for VR experience.
2. To support the department in annual workplan and new initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in Game Development, Computer Science, or related real-time interactive application development with minimum 3 years of working experience in VR and possess a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in programming languages blueprint, C++ and C#.
• Familiar with game/VR development applications such as Unity3D and Unreal Engine.
• Familiar with other VR tools such as Oculus SDK, Web VR/XR.
• Familiar with VR hardware such as Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling tool such as Blender and Adobe Creation Cloud.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Drone/UAV Trainer to conduct training and assessment for drone operators. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAV operation & technology, regulations, and operations and capable of training both beginners and advanced users for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs on UAV operations, safety, and maintenance.
• Train individuals and teams on regulatory compliance, including airspace laws and licensing requirements.
• Provide hands-on training sessions on UAV operation, navigation, data capture, and payload handling.
• Evaluate trainees' skills and provide feedback to ensure proficiency.
• Maintain and update training materials to align with the latest UAV technologies and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments for UAV operations during practical sessions.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training content.

Qualifications:

• Certification in UAV operations (e.g., CAAS UAPL, or equivalent/relevant drone certifications).
• Certification in ACTA / ACLP.
• Strong knowledge of drone technologies, systems, and industry applications.
• Experience in delivering technical training programs, preferably related to UAVs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and airspace laws.
• Proficiency in UAV-related software and tools (e.g., mapping, imaging software).

Description

The L&D Partner role is responsible for managing end-to-end learning solutions for the PAC Operations team, while driving and evangelizing innovative and effective approaches to learning. You will interact with teams to understand requirements, develop project plans, design content and facilitate sessions to support the learning needs and opportunities across operations. You will make a substantial impact by developing inclusive, learner-centric experiences and aligning them to our business priorities.

• Partner closely with x-functional teams to develop and deliver best in class learning solutions that influence positive / behavioral change, align with strategic business objectives, and enhance individual and organizational capability
• Understand organisational talent needs, connect the dots and proactively design niche solutions for targeted audience
• Manage programs end to end, from conception to deployment, considering the complexities of a diverse audience
• Drive innovative approaches to L&D, bringing in new trends, modalities to drive high learner engagement
• Analyse, measure and communicate the overall impact of learning
• Lead development and improvement of L&D content/ processes in an agile environment and execute with exceptional quality, timeliness and attention to detail
• Support organization readiness for the roll-out of new tools, processes, and people development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree Required; Master's degree in Instructional Design or Human Resources desirable;
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in an L&D/ HR Organization, Instructional or Curriculum Design preferred.
• Experienced facilitator adept with diverse range of content and audience (ICs, Managers, leaders)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong project/ program management experience, which includes conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and closure.
• Demonstrated experience with different learning formats such as eLearning, on-demand, video-instructor-led-training (VILT), instructor-led-training (ILT), blended learning, job aides, etc.
• Strong ability to think strategically & execute tactically, with a keen focus on results
• Sharp analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data for informed decision making.
• Exceptional communication skills, incl. interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with key stakeholders, global counterparts, and executives in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to persevere and adapt in a fast paced, agile environment , with positive and professional “customer-focused” attitude.
