AP team under Singapore finance team provides AP capabilities through a centralized management model that supports business growth by delivering standard, optimized and scalable AP processes.

This role will be responsible for the daily AP transactions and ensure accuracy in recording and reporting, protecting company financial interests, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. This position requires on-site work.

What You Will Do:

• Verify and process assigned payment requests on daily basis
• Take ownership of the assigned payment requests and follow up to ensure a timely recording of invoices/receipts

UWCSEA East campus has a vacancy for August 2025 for a Teacher of MS English as an Additional Language (EAL) (ages 11-14). The successful candidate must have tertiary qualifications in Education and English as an Additional Language and significant experience teaching English to 11-14-year-olds.

The teacher of MS EAL, in collaboration with the Middle School Vice Principal (Academic), the Head of Student Support Services, the Head of MS EAL, and the Middle School Principal, works with the team to create a positive learning environment based on the UWCSEA’s Values, including honesty, integrity, respect, and responsibility.

Key aspects of this role include collaboration both within the English department and across other departments in co-planning aligned with the UWCSEA Concept-Based Teaching and Learning (CBTL) written curriculum; building a culture of inclusion and belonging for all students; leveraging data-informed decision-making to enhance teaching and learning; and embracing innovative technologies to support teaching and learning.

Main Responsibilities

Teaching

• Teaching commitments will include co-planning, team teaching, facilitating small group and individual language learning interventions within and outside the classroom, and collaborating to plan professional development.

Person Specifications

• A relevant degree in English as an Additional Language, English Language Learning, Applied Linguistics, or a related field; a professional teaching qualification or certification from an accredited institution is essential.
• 3 ­- 5 years teaching experience, teaching and supporting English as an Additional Language to middle school-aged students (11-­14 year olds), preferably in international schools.
• Experience and knowledge integrating UDL principles, inclusive assessment practices, and academic literacy development through MTSS models. Co-teaching experience is a benefit.

• Analyze SPC charts using SPACE. Know all the PR rules and their significance. Do proper annotation to maintain quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC. Understand Cp and Cpk indices
• Monitor critical SPC charts daily. Perform process window study and provide improvement plan to reduce OOC and improve CPK
• Analyze split lot, DOE data, ET, sort yield using JMP, Klarity ACE.
• Create SPC charts, DCOP and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View).
• Upload recipe, check recipe and ensure recipe content compliance using RMS.
• Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or spec update with ECN.

1. PRIMARY FUNCTION

Work closely with the General Manager for the daily operations, manpower management, marketing and sales and profitability of all outlets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations

-Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures

-Responsible for staff rostering to ensure adequate manpower across outlets

-Influencing and decision making on aspects such as recruitment, discipline, termination of employment and performance assessment

-Perform outlet inspection at least once a week

-Share relevant and pertinent news/information with the outlet staff on a regular basis

-Monitor and be responsible for outlets’ maintenance and repair costs

-Ensure proper cash handling controls such as accurate daily cash reports, change funds and petty cash funds.

Marketing

-Monitor and track industry and market trends as well as consumer spending habits; develop and present action plans to achieve and/or exceed sales forecast

-Ensure smooth implementation of new products, promotions and other sales and marketing activities through proper planning, organization and coordination of activities.

-Maintain a record of each outlet’s sales trend before, during and after the launch of any marketing activity
