Position Summary
This role involves precision assembly of components, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with engineers and technicians to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities ROV Assembly and Integration:
Assemble mechanical, electrical, components according to technical drawings and schematics. Install control systems, sensors, cameras etc. Conduct wiring and connection of electrical components, ensuring proper integration.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Perform functional tests on assembled ROVs to verify performance and detect issues. Inspect components for defects and ensure assembly complies with specifications. Maintain detailed records of test results and quality checks.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
Identify and resolve issues during assembly or testing processes. Perform basic repairs and adjustments to components or systems.
Compliance and Documentation:
Adhere to industry safety and environmental standards,. Complete and maintain assembly checklists, technical logs, and production reports.
Collaboration and Training:
Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and fellow technicians to optimize the assembly process. Assist in training junior technicians or new hires in assembly techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent Technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, (preferred).
Experience:
Prior Experience in assembly with basic electrical wiring, and precision assembly techniques.

Skills:
Basic ability in reading and interpreting schematics, and assembly instructions.. Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards. Basic knowledge of tools and machinery used in equipment assembly.

Work Environment:
